In addition to the option of sending us a defective device, a GENESIS service engineer can visit you on site. Together with the responsible excavator or machine operator, our expert can clarify the situation at the place of use, plan the appropriate measures and implement them. The required tests can then be carried out immediately in the real working conditions.

The on-site service offers a great advantage for you, because the shears remain at your facility and do not have to be transported. This results in short response times and therefore reduced downtime.

GENESIS service operates throughout Europe and is always present in your region as well. Supported by external service partners, our German service team travels throughout Germany for you.
