GENESIS GDT Razer - demolition shears

It is the light heavyweight when it comes to primary and secondary demolition work! A true GENESIS innovation: Configurable and flexibly adaptable bolt-on tooth plates and flexible crushing teeth offer an enormous degree of versatility. Adapted to carrier units between 20 and 50 tons and manufactured in premium quality, they can rise to any challenge at the construction site.

 

Powerful

These demolition shears impress with an ideal ratio between dead weight and crushing force. The hydraulic cylinder with inverse mounting allows for a short design, which – in combination with a compact housing – reduces the weight of the shears. The centre of gravity was moved closer to the carrier unit to enable a more stable position of the carrier unit, even during long-front applications.

Highly efficient

The GDT Razer increases efficiency at the demolition site substantially. The flexible crushing teeth offer maximum performance for any application. The shape of the cutting blades in the rear jaw area draws the material in deeper to provide more efficiency when cutting metal. The bolted-on wear parts are durable and inexpensive to replace – another bonus in terms of efficiency.

Easy maintenance

We always keep an eye on maintenance. The cutting blades, which can be used in four orientations, are bolted on and therefore easy to replace without any welding. The tooth plates can be used in two orientations. The inner workings of the shears are well protected while easily accessible openings with simple covers facilitate service work.
