This latest generation scrap shear impresses with its ideal balance between shear weight and cutting force. Large dimensioned hydraulic cylinders ensure high and consistent performance, even under demanding conditions.

An optimized design and the reduction of weld seams ensure a more stable structure and lower material stress. A newly engineered pivot system with dual guides further reduces component loads and enables a more compact design.

The top quality cutting blades ensure precision and an accurate fit. As they can be adjusted with great accuracy, the EVO can deliver precision cuts.

The dual guide blade system allows the gap between the piercing tip and guide blade to be set independently of the positioning of the cutting blade. This results in precision cuts and lower transverse forces, reducing the strain on the shears and the carrier unit.

A separate mounting system for the speed valve reduces movement of the hydraulic hoses and stress on the hydraulic connections of the speed valve and rotary joint, thereby extending the service life of hoses and connections.
