Multitasking is not an alien concept for the GVP 15, but rather its everyday job. It is suitable for any excavator from eight to 21 tons and can be used universally. Thanks to the large hydraulic cylinders and the optimally positioned main bearing, it features a high cutting and crushing force.

The shearing forces can be optimally absorbed thanks to the sturdy frame design. The crushing jaws impress with wear resistant, high quality crushing teeth. The cable jaws can cut even thin materials with a small diameter thanks to the narrow cutting gap.

Service made easy

Attachments should work and not require too much servicing. That is why the cutting blades can be used in four orientations and the piercing tips can be replaced easily without welding. The inner workings of the shears are well protected while easily accessible openings with simple covers facilitate service work.

Piercing tip
The piercing tip can be changed easily and quickly. Screwed-on rather than welded-on. Continue working after just a few minutes.

Cutting blades
The cutting blades ensure optimum cutting performance. The four identical cutting blades of the upper and lower jaws each have four cutting edges and can therefore be used in four orientations.

Front blade
The front blade can be used in four orientations thanks to the four cutting edges, preventing wear on the inside of the lower jaw.

Guide blades
The unique double guide blade system allows adjustment of the guide blades to the piercing tips on both sides, independently of the cutting blades. The guide blades can also be used in four orientations.

Main shaft
Each set of jaws was designed to have its own HD main bearing and a specific positioning of the bolt attachment points. This generates an optimum force progression for any application. The connecting bolts allow for a fast and safe changeover of the jaws sets in less than ten minutes – without any special tools!

Locking bolt
The locking bolt of the lower jaw can be removed easily and safely on site using standard tools.

Material quality
A high strength, low wear steel body ensures maximum performance and service life.

Suspension
The suspension can be continuously rotated through 360° and is available for mini diggers as well as for compact diggers.

Hydraulics
The hydraulics are fully protected. The hydraulic components are installed inside the outer frame that features large access openings.

Cylinder bolt
The cylinder bolt is easy to handle. It can be removed manually.
