GENESIS GmbH takes over business
GENESIS Attachments LLC, Superior Wisconsin USA has taken over the business operations of GENESIS Europe GmbH & Co. KG, which has its headquarters in Memmingen, as part of an asset deal on 1st July 2010.
Since 2001, GENESIS Europe had been part of the Kiesel Group, one of the largest and fastest growing trading companies for construction machinery in Europe. In the past few years, GENESIS Europe, in partnership with the Kiesel Group, has laid the foundations for a sales network in Europe, the Near East and the Middle East, in Africa and in parts of Asia.
The new agreement makes it possible for Kiesel GmbH to concentrate completely on the core business of the construction and material handling machinery trade. The Kiesel Group will remain the distributor of GENESIS products in its current sales areas.
In the context of this agreement, the newly founded GENESIS GmbH now has the opportunity to build on the successful work of the past few years. GENESIS GmbH will continue the business activities, including assembly and central warehousing for Europe, Africa and the Near East and Middle East at the Memmingen site and continue to invest in the growth of the brand and the product range.
